I joined Lawson and Weitzen as an associate in March 2016, after completing a fellowship with Boston University's Office of the General Counsel. Since joining Lawson & Weitzen my practice has focused on all aspects of business, ranging from the review of contracts, to mergers and acquisitions, and even litigating business disputes. I routinely negotiate and review agreements and guide clients through complex transactions, using my knoweldge of business litigation as a way to prevent my clients from unknowingly walking into liability or other issues down the road. In my time at Lawson & Weitzen I have worked with a corproate transaction team that has closed nearly $200 million in acquisitions, while simultaneously working with a litigation group that has resolved countless business disputes either by way of settlement, mediation, or trial. As a result, I have built a walth of knowledge and expereince that I would like to put to work for you!
