Peter's practice focuses on community association law.  This includes the representation of condominiums, HOA and developers throughout the state of Utah.  Peter has vast experience in litigating community association cases, from simple enforcement issues, to complex construction defect litigation.

Peter is the past president of Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute.  Peter is also the former chair of the Utah Community Association Section of the Utah State Bar.  Peter has been named Utah Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine.

Away from work Peter spends his time with his wife and 3 daughters.  Peter has a deep affection for the Utes, the Jazz, the Beatles, Italian food and fine leather bound books.
