I work collaboratively with clients to find creative, cost-effective solutions to current problems and protect their interests for the future. My clients consider me a passionate advocate and trusted advisor. I have a general practice, representing clients in business and corporate law, estate planning, probate, real estate, banktrupcy, and civil litigation.  

I attended Drake University Law School where I was a member of the Drake Law Review and graduated with High Honors in 2007. I joined the firm in 2007 and became a shareholder in 2012. Recent honors include: Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2015 and 2016, and AJI Top 10 Bankruptcy Attorney of Iowa for 2016.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time with my family. I am also a founding member of the Des Moines Curling Club, serve on the alumni advisory board for Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity (Iowa Sigma chapter), and I am a small group leader and host at my church.
