Attorney Peter J. Losavio, Jr. is an accomplished lawyer and a member of Losavio & DeJean, LLC, The Louisiana Elder Law Firm. Mr. Losavio has been with the firm for over 30 years. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, he is one of only about 400 attorneys in the U.S. with this certification and is the only Certified Elder Law Attorney in Louisiana. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a Board-Certified Tax Law Specialist, a Board-Certified Estate Planning Administration Specialist, and an accredited legal attorney by the Department of Veteran Affairs. Mr. Losavio holds a B.S. and a master’s degree from Tulane University. He received his J.D. from Louisiana State University Law School and a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida.
