I handle all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury, Jones Act, maritime, negligence, real estate, technology, and commercial claims.  I have represented clients ranging from injured workers to Fortune 100 companies in federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and in arbitration.  I also have gained quite a bit of experience working on mass tort actions. 

In my 14 years of practice, I have worked at national and local law firms, and for the last several years, I have worked with my good friend and law school classmate Tony Buzbee.  The Buzbee Law Firm has become one of the most succesful trial firms in the country.   In addition to my law practice, I work with Tony on operations and management of the firm.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1993 and graduated with honors from the University of Houston Law Center in 1997.  After graduating from law school, I served as senior briefing attorney to U.S. District Court Judge Joe J. Fisher.
