Biography
Peter is a Colorado-licensed attorney and mediator who currently focuses his twenty-four years of legal experience into helping families navigate the process of legal relationship-transition, as an advocate, mediator, and advisor.
Admitted to practice in Washington State after graduating from University of Washington (Law Review) in 1991, Peter built a practice as a civil litigator in Seattle Washington with a reputation for clear, passionate and effective advocacy. In 2009, Peter obtained a Masters in Counseling from Seattle University, and has been at times a practicing therapist.
Peter serves on the board of the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee, an educational group composed of attorneys and mental health practitioners working in the family law arena. He is also slated to be the next co-chair of the Boulder Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section. He regularly volunteers his time to help indigent couples mediate their divorces through Boulder County Legal Services.
At the center of everything Peter does is a spiritual core formed from many years of practice and study, that informs his interactions and transactions.
