Attorney Luciano graduate from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014. While at Duquesne, he was a member of several student organizations, including serving as president of the Duquesne Italian American Legal Society, and a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Corporate Law Society and the Appellate Moot Court Board. He was awarded honors as an Outstanding Oral Advocate, and was an active participant in several moot court competitions. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Luciano has extensive experience in real estate through his work in the title abstracting industry, and he has extended that experience into the commercial and personal real estate industry.
