My law practice is devoted to mediation, trust and estates,business, and construction, law and litigation. I am board-certified by the Florida Bar in construction law and peer-review rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell.

My practice involves a variety of business-related disputes. In my construction and surety practice, I have handled a variety claims on public and private projects in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. I have also lectured and written on construction-related and other litigation issues.

I graduated from the University of Alabama in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science, and received my J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2001. Before entering private practice, I clerked for The Hon. Gregory Shaw, of Alabama's Court of Criminal Appeals (Justice Shaw currently sits on Alabama's Supreme Court).
