Philip Gagnon is an attorney in the State of California.  He is the principal attorney behind The DUI Guys®, a law practice focused on the intelligent representation of drivers accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or the combined effects of both.  Philip is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the California DUI Lawyers Association. Further, Philip is a qualified instructor of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFTS) by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) utilizing the NHTSA standards and has testified as an expert witness in court and administrative hearings regarding DUI/DWI investigations and evaluation of officers' opinions as to sobriety.  He is also a qualified operator of the Intoxilyzer 8000 evidentiary breath testing device.
