Philip Spradling, the sole practitioner at the Momentum Family Law, sets the values and standards for the law firm: fairness and honesty with clients; service to the community; and excellence in the practice of law. He ensures that his clients' interests are put first, and the interests of the law firm are put second.

​He has over eight years of experience litigating family law cases. Prior to this, he did work for a Clark County Family Court Judge, for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, and for a criminal law practice. He holds bachelor's degrees in physics, philosophy, and international studies, a masters degree in philosophy, and a juris doctorate from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013.

Mr. Spradling is committed to practicing law with both excellence and integrity and putting his clients' interests before his own. He understands that each case is important to those involved. He treats his clients like people, not incomes, and works to give each case the personal attention it deserves.
