I represent people and small businesses harmed by insurance companies and other wrongdoers. That’s it. There is, of course, more to my story.

Once I moved to Seattle, my work concentrated on insurance bad faith litigation, especially under commercial property, homeowners, and CGL policies. I also continued handling various civil litigation matters, ranging from construction defect litigation to toxic tort cases (pollution, asbestos).

After too long on the wrong side, trying different firms, and practicing in two states, I changed sides and started liking being a lawyer. Now, I apply my years of insurance coverage and litigation experience in service of real people harmed by insurance companies and others. I focus on a small number of compelling cases, including insurance bad faith, medical negligence, employment discrimination, personal injury, and consumer protection matters, in order to give my clients the best service.
