Matt is a litigator admitted to practice in Utah and Nevada. He has a wide range of experience in areas such as real property development, contracts, construction and commercial fraud. He also maintains a personal injury practice and has successfully resolved multiple high-dollar injury cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Finally, Matt has significant experience in assisting families resolve difficult problems arising from the aging or death of a loved one, including disputes over guardianships, conservatorships, trusts and family estates.

Matt is active in the legal community. He serves as a member of the Utah Supreme Court Ethics and Discipline Committee and as a chairperson for medical malpractice screening panels. He has been listed several times as one of “Utah’s Legal Elite” in Utah Business Magazine and as a “Rising Star” in Mountain States Super Lawyers.
