Piercy Stakelum founded the law firm now named Trial Pro, P.A., in Orlando, Florida in 2001. In early 2011, Trial Pro opened a second office in Naples, Florida. The Trial Professionals specializes in all types of personal injury, workers compensation, and wrongful death claims. 

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Piercy Stakelum has always felt a passion for justice and the urge to fight for those whose lives have been compromised.

After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1994, Piercy entered the University of Florida College of Law. There, he established himself as a leader among his peers, serving as an active member of both the Moot Court and Trial Competition Teams. He graduated with honors in 1997, and landed his first job at an esteemed law firm in South Florida.

For the next four years, Piercy worked for two of the region’s largest legal firms, representing both individuals and insurance companies. During that time, he successfully tried cases before juries in several Florida counties, winning in both State and Federal courts. In 2001, he decided to focus his talents and expertise on his true passion: helping individuals.

Piercy is duly qualified and admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Florida. He is proud to call himself a civil trial attorney, and is an active member of both the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America.
