Biography

I have been practicing immigration law exclusively for over ten years and pride myself on the ability to find creative solutions to the most complex issues. I handle a full gamut of cases, from family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and asylum claims, to temporary and permanent employment-based matters, including petitions for classification of an "alien of extraordinary ability," national interest waivers, H-1B petitions, and waivers of grounds of inadmissibility and removability. I also regularly address immigration issues associated with criminal convictions.
