My family has been in South Texas for five (5) generations. I grew up in Edinburg, Texas, where my law offices are located. I am the second in a family with 4 lawyers. My father, EG Henrichson, was a respected lawyer in this city before my brother Gary and I became lawyers. My brother is Deputy City Attorney of City of McAllen. My son, Kevin is a litigator in Austin, Texas.

I served in the Army JAGC Corps as an Army lawyer during the Viet Nam war, serving in Kwajalien Missle Range as Staff Judge Advocate, and in Falls Church, Virginia, as Government Appellate Counsel.  I have been specializing in personal injury and civil litigation of all kinds in South Texas since 1973. 

I have 4 wonderful grown kids (a daughter and 3 sons), and 5 grandkids. Delightfully, my Mom is still with us at age 95.  I enjoy family, cooking on the grill, hunting, fishing, SCUBA and snow skiing.

I enjoy working on complex business and personal injury cases, and have sucessfully represented clients in auto-truck and train wrecks, oilfield accidents, industrial and farming accidents, business and personal defamation, slander and libel, wrongful termination of employment, sexual harrassment, contract and  partnership disputes, and wills and probate.
