Austin Oyler is a trial attorney focusing on Aviation Litigation Defense, Product Liability, Trucking and Transportation for a host of national
retailers and transportation companies. His experience has prepared him to defend cases both in the State and Federal Courts. Austin regularly
handles cases for estate planning, contract disputes and even personal injury and wrongful death cases.

As a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Austin achieved the distinction of Cum Laude and a publication in the Arkansas Law Review.
Currently, Austin is licensed to practice law in the N.C. and Arkansas State Courts and the U.S. Distric Courts for Arkansas in the West and East Districts
and North Carolina in the East, Middle and West Districts.
