R. Scott Taylor Jr. was born and raised on the Treasure Coast and is currently Of Counsel to the firm, Treasure Coast Legal. He is a civil trial attorney and focuses his practice primarily in the areas of personal injury, construction law, and general civil litgation. Scott has experience litigating cases, on both the plaintiff and defense sides, involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, truck accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and dangerous conditions, construction law, construction liens, real property disputes, breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes.

Scott is a member of the Florida Bar, Justice Major B. Harding American Inns of Court, Florida Justice Association, Martin County Bar Association, Port St. Lucie Bar Association, and Young Professionals of Martin County. He is a husband and father who understands the impact of his work on the lives of his clients.
