An Oregon native, Attorney Rachel O’Halloran graduated from the University of Portland before moving to Las Vegas and earning her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2012 and is licensed to practice in the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Eight Judicial District Court. She is also a member of a number of professional legal groups, including the Nevada Justice Association, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.
