Rachel S. Zaslow is a native of San Diego, California.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Phoenix School of Law, in Phoenix, Arizona.  During law school, Rachel earned various internship positions in the probate and estate fields, as well as worked for a prestigious Phoenix area estate planning and probate firm.  Rachel also completed over 50 hours of community service and graduated law school early. 

Rachel is an associate attorney at Bivens & Associates, P.L.L.C., one of the most experienced elder law, special needs planning and estate planning firms in Arizona.  Her current practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianships, special needs planning and long term care planning.

Rachel is the recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer Service Award from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego; the Wiley Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California; the Outstanding Community Service Award from Phoenix School of Law; and she was awarded a scholarship membership to the Central Arizona Estate Planning Council.
