Biography
Mr. Singh became an attorney in February, 2010, and has practiced law exclusively in Imperial County since then. Through a combination of professional experience, hard work, and dedication to his craft, Mr. Singh has built a successful track record of representing clients in a variety of practice areas, including criminal law, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation.
As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Singh has successfully defended a wide spectrum of cases, including traffic tickets, misdemeanors, DUI crimes, felony offenses, domestic violence crimes, drug trafficking offenses, sex offenses, and three strikes cases. Mr. Singh has secured the release from custody of countless incarcerated Defendants, and has successfully negotiated case dismissals for his clients. Mr. Singh has also assisted numerous Imperial County residents terminate their probation early and expunge their criminal records.
Mr. Singh is knowledgeable in family law and aggressive in protecting his clients rights. Mr. Singh has obtained favorable results for his clients on a wide variety of family law issues, including child custody, child support, spousal support and marital property distributions. Mr. Singh has also successfully prosecuted and defended domestic violence restraining orders.
