Rajiv Jain has been a practicing attorney since 2004. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Business/Corporate, Immigration, and Bankruptcy Law. Additionally, he has obtained his lead counsel rating.

He carries two bachelor degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law. While working several years as the Chief Financial Officer for a California corporation prior to becoming an attorney he handled many financial, contractual, business immigration and tax issues. His wide range of experience enables him to effectively represent his clients by providing legal guidance in addition to offering a practical perspective.
