Ramon Lamelas, Esq. is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law--a designation held by approximately one half of one percent (0.5%) of all attorneys in California. As of May 1, 2024, he is one of only 12 Spanish-speaking Certified Specialist Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law attorneys in Los Angeles County. Ramon practices in Santa Monica with Jakle, Alexander & Patton, LLP in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, trust settlement, legal entities, probate, and conservatorships.

He is also an active member of the ProVisors Professional Network Group and the University of Southern California Latino Alumni Association.
He has been selected by Super Lawyers® as a Southern California Rising Star in 2023 and 2024, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys.
Ramon graduated cum laude from the University of La Verne College of Law and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in Political Science and Spanish. He is also a graduate of Loyola High School.
