Randall C. Joy, Esq. was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.  He graduated Cum Laude in the Honors Program from Jesuit High School.  He attended Louisiana State University and the University of New Orleans where he earned a BGS degree with a Concentration in Pre-Law.  Mr. Joy then attended Loyola University School of Law, where he attained Moot Court honors (top 10% of orators in his graduating class) and was also chosen as a Moot Court Teaching Assistant.  He was also among only a handful of students chosen to be an honorary member of the St. Thomas More Inns of Court. 

Mr. Joy was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2005 and has spent virtually his entire career representing injured parties: whether it occurred on the job, in a motor vehicle accident, or from a slip and fall. For a decade, through his zealous representation, Mr. Joy has helped many seriously injured clients in dealing with the insurance companies, resulting in successful resolutions of their claims.

In 2013, Mr. Joy founded The Joy Law Firm, LLC to focus on providing injured persons with not only an aggressive and experienced attorney, but more importantly, one that is always available to speak with them one-on-one regarding any of their many concerns.​
