I represented royalty owners in an action against Shell Oil Company that resulted in the largest punitive damage award sustained by the courts in Oklahoma.  The verdict is listed Lawyers USA “Top 10 Verdicts of 2008” as the 6th largest verdict in the United States.  

I am recognized in Oklahoma Super Lawyers magazine which features the top 5% of Oklahoma attorneys.  I was named the Best Lawyer in Oklahoma City by Oklahoma Magazine (Best of the Best).  I have an “AV” Peer Review Rating in Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating that can be given.
