Randall L. Juergensen has tried over 100 cases to verdict in state and federal courts throughout Indiana and Michigan. He is recognized as a skilled courtroom advocate in cases involving complex injury, medical, and insurance claims. After graduating from the University of Michigan with High Distinction, Randall was admitted to Wayne State University School of Law. His memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, the Indiana State Bar Association, the New Mexico State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial lawyers Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Additionally, he is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Randall is active in community and civic organizations, most notably as the former City Commissioner in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
