I grew up in Phoenix, AZ, and many of the reasons as to why I'm an attorney have to do with what i experienced growing up.  My parents are hard working individuals who would wake up every day before the sunrise to go to work and provide as best they could for their kids.  Unfortunatly, many unfortunate and/or unfair situations arose which my parents could not do anything about.  This was because they either didn't have the means to hire an attorney or even knew whether they even could speak to an attorney.  Unfortunately, seeking the advice of an attorney was just never an option.  As such, all those unfortunate or unfair situations went ignored.

SInce becoming an attorney I have prided myself with the help I've been able to provide both in and out of the legal field.  I've helped hundredths of domestic violence victims attain the protection and piece of mind required to carry on with their lives.  I've helped thousands of working class individuals recover compensation denied by their high powered employers who refused to provide them with legally compliant meal and rest breaks as well as compensation for all hours worked.  I've also prided myself with helping hundredths of individuals gain the piece of mind knowing that their estate was cared for properly by way of Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directives.  All of the above has allowed me the time and means to also volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program of San Diego.
