He regularly donates free time to assisting underrepresented and impoverished individuals, believing that everyone should have a say in their legacy and medical decisions.

Raymond is an active member of the Bar Associations of Maryland and the District of Columbia, the American Bar Association groups of Elder Law and Estate Planning, and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. In his spare time, he works for the National Security Agency as a senior developer focused on privacy research and technologies.
