Draft residential and commercial contracts of sale, leases and mortgage documents, including, but not limited to commitment letters, promissory notes, mortgages, security agreements, assignment of rents and leases, environmental compliance and indemnity agreements, unlimited guarantees, and UCC-1 filings.  Represent developers in subdivision acquisitions, land use and zoning, lenders in commercial and residential mortgage transactions and commercial and residential purchasers and sellers.  Perform title review, survey readings and prepare commitments of title and obtain necessary title curatives. Act as examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. Acted as general counsel for the Lancaster Industrial Development Agency. Representing client in estate planning, estate probate and estate administration proceedigs in all New York State Surrogate's Courts.
