Raymond Russell Grant II (“Rusty”) is a partner at Cruser & Mitchell, LLP, who specializes in civil tort litigation. Rusty has extensive trial experience and has handled cases in a variety of areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products/construction defects, and professional liability, including insurance agent/broker E&O. Rusty is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Rusty graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Richmond, receiving his B.A. in Journalism in 2000. Rusty is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Rusty was recognized as a Rising Star in the 2012, 2015 and 2016 editions of Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine.
