With experience in corporate law, commercial litigation and entertainment law, Rebecca brings a diverse background to the firm’s corporate and litigation practice areas.  She began her legal career serving as a law clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice R. Fred Lewis, focusing on constitutional, civil and criminal law issues. Thereafter, Rebecca entered private practice where she litigated contract, real property and commercial law disputes involving corporate finance, secured creditors, debtors and business owners in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Her experience also includes representation of music industry artists with respect to their entertainment and intellectual-property law rights and interests. She continues to develop a diverse entertainment law practice at the firm.
