Rebecca Capozzi is an associate at McCarthy Bouley Barry & Morgan. Ms. Capozzi started her career as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of Massachusetts.  Thereafter, she served the Commonwealth as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County for several years.  During that time, she prosecuted a wide variety of crimes with a specific emphasis on the prosecution of juvenile offenders and crimes against children.  Prior to starting at McCarthy Bouley Barry & Morgan, Ms. Capozzi was an associate at a healthcare law firm in Boston.  Ms. Capozzi currently specializes in medical malpractice defense at both the trial and appellate levels, and the representation of physicians before the Board of Registration in Medicine. 

Ms. Capozzi is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Northeastern University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
