Rebecca represents businesses and business owners in the areas of debt restructuring and bankruptcy. Her bankruptcy expertise is focused on complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. Rebecca understands that financial difficulties are extremely stressful for her clients, and she works diligently to resolve their issues through comprehensive solutions. Rebecca works closely with her clients with clear and consistent communication—knowing that keeping clients informed is essential to a positive attorney-client relationship.

As part of her practice, Rebecca also represents lenders and other creditors in bankruptcy cases to ensure their rights are preserved and their interests are protected. Rebecca frequently appears in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of her debtor and creditor clients covering a variety of bankruptcy matters.

Rebecca received her B.S. degree from Mississippi State University and her law degree from the University of Mississippi, both with honors. She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2009.
