Rebecca McNerney is an experienced litigator and former federal prosecutor who assists clients with estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and elder exploitation litigation.  Specifically, Rebecca accepts cases involving estate/trust mismanagement, fiduciary violations, power of attorney abuse, elder exploitation, guardianships, will challenges, and nursing home abuse/neglect.  Additionally, Rebecca assists individuals with family law matters including adoption, separation and divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and property division.  Finally, Rebecca assists law enforcement officers with an array of legal matters including criminal and civil defense, civil claims, administrative matters, and critical incident representation.  Rebecca is admitted to practice in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, the federal courts in the District of South Carolina and the Western District of North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
