Rebecca Ding-Lee resides in Baldwin County, AL and maintains a general practice of law with an emphasis in Business Law, Real Estate Law and Immigration Law.    

Ms. Ding-Lee has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in a variety of business related legal matters, including business formations, contracts and agreements, state and local business licenses and alcoholic beverage licenses.

Because of Attorney Ding-Lee’s own immigrant background, she understands the challenges and difficulties that can arise within the immigration process.  This enables her to treat each client with empathy, compassion and personalized attention.

Ms. Ding-Lee was awarded a LL.M. degree in International Law from the University of Alabama, School of Law.  Prior to attending law school in the US, she received a Master of Law degree from the Central China Normal University, Wuhan China.

Attorney Ding-Lee is licensed to practice law and is a certified Guardian Ad Litem in the State of Alabama.  She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of Southern District of Alabama.
