Attorney Regan is a dedicated immigration attorney serving Colorado's 4th, 10th, and 11th Judicial Districts. In addition to her civilian practice, she also served as a United States Army Judge Advocate as Trial Defense Counsel. While on active duty with the Southern European Task Force-Africa, Attorney Regan provided legal support to servicemembers in Italy, Israel, Djibouti, and Kuwait, including administrative separations, non-judicial punishments, and courts-martial.

With a strong passion for expanding access to legal services, Attorney Regan is particularly committed to helping individuals in rural Colorado who fall between the cracks—those who don’t qualify for public defenders but cannot afford traditional legal services. This includes many lower enlisted servicemembers. A firm believer in justice and advocacy, Attorney Regan works tirelessly to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their financial situation, have access to competent and compassionate legal representation.
