I am the practice leader of my firm's Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice group.  Specifically, my group handles: Estate Administration, Estate & Tax Planning, Trust Administration, Elder Law & Care Planning, Guardianship and Conservatorships, Special Needs and Disability Law. 

I am admitted to practice law in three States: New Jersey since 2005, New York since 2006, and Pennsylvania since 2015.

My experience includes representing executors and heirs, assisting with estate assets, disclaimers, estate accountings and minimizing estate taxation strategies. I have also prepared and administered revocable living wills, tax planning trusts, family trusts and special needs trusts.

I received my B.A. in Political Science with Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies Minors from Montclair State University and my J.D. from New York Law School.  I am pursuing my L.L.M. in Estate Planning & Elder Law from West New England School of Law.
