I am Rhett Ramsey. I practice alongside my friend and business parter, Matt Garmon, at Garmon & Ramsey, PLLC, in Monticello, Kentucky. I was born and raised in Monticello, so having the opportunity to come back to my hometown to practice law has been a great honor and privilege. I assist people who have been injured or are facing difficult times in domestic and criminal matters. I offer free consultations for cases. My injury practice is billed on a contingency basis, so I only get paid if I am able to recover money for my client with no up front fees. All other matters, including criminal and domestics, are billed hourly with a retainer fee required up front.

I am married to my best friend, Charity, who is a Registered Nurse. In my free time, I enjoy reading, studying history, and exploring cities and towns I've never seen. I know that most people only need my services in bad times, but I strive to make the bad times a little better with my personal service I provide to each client.
