I enjoy helping my clients prepare their estate plan which typically consists of a Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and a Directive to Physicians.  In some estate plans a Trust is also recommended.  I created an online capability at which allows anyone to submit their custom requirements for their estate plan.  I prepare their legal documents and provide additional consultation by phone as requested.  The clients can receive their documents by email or regular mail.

I also started to provide my Probate services to clients in the Houston area.  This service is online and allows the client to provide the relevant information in order to start the probate process.
