Rich Godshall represents clients who have suffered serious injuries from construction or trucking accidents and unsafe premises.  After a decade as a defense attorney and partner in a nationally recognized firm, Rich now exclusively represents injury victims. His experience as a defense attorney provides him with firsthand knowledge of how defendants and their insurance companies evaluate and value cases. This understanding allows him to ensure that his clients are receiving fair compensation for their injuries. 

Rich has extensive trial experience, he is skilled in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and binding arbitrations. He has lectured and authored articles on numerous legal topics. Rich was also the Chairperson of the Construction Worksite Injury Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute (DRI), an organization with 22,000 members.
