Attorney Wilson's practice is primarily devoted to personal injury, social security disability, malpractice litigation, civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, insurance coverage,municipal law, real estate, condemnation, divorce, estate planning and elder care matters.

Attorney Wilson is admitted to practice law in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  He has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Huntingdon County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  He was the President of the Huntingdon County Bar Association in 2007.
