I am a licensed Nevada attorney specializing in elder law, estate planning, and probate.  I work extensively with clients who need help with obtaining Nevada Medicaid benefits, veterans benefits, special needs trusts, all aspects of guardianship and probate matters, wills, Nevada powers of attorney, and trusts.

I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation, a recognized specialist with the State Bar of Nevada in Elder Law, and a Nevada representative of the Special Needs Alliance, a national invitation-only group of attorneys focused on special needs trust-related issues.

As a Nevada Medicaid attorney, I have represented clients on all aspects of obtaining Nevada Medicaid benefits to hlep pay for nursing home costs.  I also defend against unwanted and unnecessary guardianships and help clients with making their estate plans. 

I graduated with a joint law and M.B.A. degree from UNLV in 2007 and also have a bachelors degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.  I have lived in Southern Nevada since 1989.
