Mr. Bosse is a 1972 graduate of Case Western Reserve University, completed postgraduate trial studies at Oxford, and is formerly of Boca Raton, Florida.  Since 1994 he has enjoyed a statewide jury trial practice, which is dedicated to professional negligence, which strives to balance the scales of justice for plaintiffs injured or damaged by the misconduct of professionals, including physicians, attorneys, accountants, bankers, and corporate officers and which is conducted with a passion for justice.  His practice includes trial and appellate work in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Florida, federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He was certified by The Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Specialist in 1983.
