Richard F. Evins is the firm's Managing Attorney with over 21 years of experience practicing primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, collection law, consumer credit and contract law. Mr. Evins litigates a broad range of disputes including those related to commercial contracts, consumer law, business disputes, leases, construction contracts, small claims and general civil matters. He also represents consumers in defense of student loans, retail installment contracts, credit cards and other consumer debt. Mr. Evins also represents creditors seeking to recover past due debts and judgments and also represents consumers and businesses suing or being sued on disputed claims.
