Mr. Grungo is a New Jersey Supreme Court-Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of lawyers in the state. Born in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Mr. Grungo began his law career as a summer clerk at Archer & Greiner. Upon graduation from law school, he joined the firm's Litigation Department. Trained by some of the best lawyers in the state, Mr. Grungo learned the skills necessary to be an effective trial advocate and quickly rose to Partner in the firm.  On January 1, 2015, Mr. Grungo launched his own firm - - Grungo Colarulo, LLC.

Mr. Grungo’s trial skills and experience have been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court, which designated him a Certified Civil Trial Attorney following a rigorous, court-supervised regimen of peer and judicial review, analysis of trial experience, continuing education and written examination.

As a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, Mr. Grungo routinely pays referral fees to attorneys who send matters to him for his trial expertise [Rule 1:39-6(d)].

Mr. Grungo is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Education selected Mr. Grungo to teach civil trial preparation to newly admitted attorneys as part of their continuing education requirements. He has lectured at the New Jersey Association for Justice annual Boardwalk seminar on medical malpractice, as well as at various county bar associations on topics related to personal injury litigation.
