I am a Colorado attorney with nearly three decades of experience handling business and real estate transactions, assisting entrepreneurs forming new businesses and taking their businesses to the next level, commercial landlords in both office buildings, office parks, strip malls and shopping centers, internet and new media entrepreneurs and families with their estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, advanced directives and other issues. I am a native Spanish speaker and a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where I was on the dean’s list and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in trial advocacy. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles with a major in history where I was also on Dean’s List and was a member of Phi Eta Sigma, a scholastic fraternity.
