Richard Pellegrino II is a former Prosecutor with over 25 years experience and specializes in the areas of criminal law, DWI & DUI, business law, employment law, and real estate law.  Richard Pellegrino II also provides human resources & labor consulting services and advises employers and trains their managerial and supervisory personnel with respect to human resource functions from the interview process through termination of employment. 

Richard Pellegrino II graduated from Hobart College in 1984 and Syracuse University College of Law in 1990.  He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1991, the United States Eastern District Court in 1994 and the United States Southern District Court in 1995.  Richard Pellegrino II served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Nassau County District Attorney's Office from 1991-1994.  Since 1994 Richard Pellegrino II has engaged in the private practice of law in the State of New York and represents clients on federal and state matters.
