I practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, trusts, conservatorships, business law, real estate, employment law and civil litigation.  My priority is my clients – to give them strong advice and timely, effective and efficient legal representation.  If litigation becomes necessary, I will zealously advocate their interests in the state and federal courts of Tennessee.

I am a native and lifelong resident of Knoxville and East Tennessee, except for time spent in college and serving as an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1993-97. While in the Navy, I was privileged to serve aboard the U.S.S. Eisenhower as a squadron intelligence officer.

Outside of the office, I am a husband and father of three, and I enjoy reading (especially history and politics) and camping and hiking with my sons.  I help lead a troop in Trail Life USA, a Christian youth adventure program for boys.  I also participate regularly in the Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Veterans Business Association.
