Biography

Over the last 30 plus years I have been a business owner, specializing in complex business and real estate transaction. As an attorney, I bring these three decades of real life business experience to assist my clients in meeting their complex needs.

I am a firm believer in alternative dispute resolution tactics. I will encourage my clients to use mediation tools wherever possible, taking this path saves my clients time, frustration, and because of shortening the time spent fighting a given situation, I am able to save my clients tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees.

I make this promise, I will never lie to you, I will admit what I do not know, research what I need to learn, and always work to make you the center of my attention.

On a personal note, I am a husband, father of two, and most importantly, grandfather to the most amazing twin granddaughters a man could ever hope for.
