I work under a seasoned employment and labor law litigator who was an Associate General Counsel at a Fortune 100 company heading its labor and employment law practice.

I represent clients in both state and federal court in New Hampshire and am part of a father/son legal team with more than 45 years of combined experience specializing primarily in employment law matters. I specialize in employment law ranging from drafting, editing and interpreting employment contracts, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, employee benefit plans as well as ERISA issues.  Other topics I counsel on include employee privacy, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistle blowing, and sexual harassment.
