Richard Lavariere is an Attorney with Dressler Strickland –– a leading Connecticut law firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability matters. Richard is licenced to practice law in Florida and Connecticut. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014 and the Connecticut Bar in 2015. Richard is also licensed in Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Prior to joining Dressler Strickland, Richard practiced personal injury law for more than 2 years with a reputable firm in Naples, Florida helping injured people take on the insurance companies in their time of need. He began his career handling class actions, mass torts, and other complex litigations for a prominent New York based law firm, representing plaintiffs nationwide. 

Richard received his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, and his law review article was published in the Ave Maria International Law Journal's Spring, 2013 Edition. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Southern Vermont College. While in college, Richard was a member of the Men's Soccer team and served as the Student Government Association President.
